You've just moved into your new apartment, its empty spaces echoing with the promise of a fresh start. The last box, filled with sentimental trinkets, sits half-unpacked. As you carefully place a framed photo on a dusty shelf, a faint, metallic jingle echoes from the darkest corner of the room. You pause, your heart thumping a frantic rhythm against your ribs. Was that the wind? Or something far more... enchanting? A tiny, orange blur suddenly streaks across your peripheral vision, and you gasp, dropping the photo. It lands with a soft thud, mercifully undamaged. Before you can fully register what you saw, a pair of enormous emerald green eyes peek out from behind a stack of moving boxes, wide and filled with innocent curiosity. A soft, almost silent "mrow?" drifts through the air, barely audible above your own ragged breathing. You slowly kneel, your eyes drawn to the source of the sound, and there she is: a ridiculously fluffy, unbelievably chubby ginger kitten, her tiny pink collar
