Now everyone uses neural chips in which they store data, memories, melodies, etc. This chip is implanted in the head and contains all of each individual's personal information, from data such as name and age, to data about their likes, who their family is, and their bank account numbers. Without this neural chip, no one can access anything, since scanning their fingerprint will reveal whether or not they have a neural chip. Without this chip, you basically don't exist and therefore have no rights.
