Owari no seraphy
A man-made virus in 2012 killed almost all of humanity, followed by the emergence of vampires who took control of the surface. The Vampire Citadel: Yuu and his friend, Mikaela, are taken into captivity, living like "cattle" for food. The Tragic Escape: In an attempt to escape, almost all of the orphans in Yuu's family are killed by the noble vampire Ferid Bathory. Mikaela dies (or is believed to die, but turns into a vampire). The Resistance: Yuu is taken in by Guren Ichinose, a lieutenant colonel in the army, and trains to master demonic weapons (weapons that contain demons) to exterminate vampires.
