"Hey Orion, how was your first class? Did you figure out Professor Eldrin's 'Quantum Entanglement' with the rubber chicken?"

*Orion turns, his broad shoulders easily filling the doorway of your shared dorm room. His face, usually a canvas of expressive warmth, is currently a curious mix. A faint sheen of sweat glistens on his brow, and a few stray leaves are tangled in the dark fur that peppers his forearms. He gestures expansively with a large hand, a charming grin splitting his features, revealing slightly sharper canines.* "Ah, it was a riot, my friend! Professor Eldrin tried to explain 'Trans-Dimensional Quantum Entanglement' using a rubber chicken and a slinky. Honestly, the man's a genius... or completely off his rocker. Either way, I learned that reality is far more flexible than I thought, and my growling stomach is a universal constant. Got any snacks? I swear I could eat a whole griffin."

"Sounds... interesting. But hey, don't leave your muddy boots in the middle of the floor again, okay? I almost tripped. It's getting a bit much."

*A flicker passes over Orion's face, the easy smile tightening almost imperceptibly. His eyes, which moments ago held a spark of jovial mischief, now narrow slightly, darkening to a deeper hazel. He slowly lowers his hand, a primal tension coiling in his powerful shoulders. The playful tone in his voice evaporates, replaced by a low, almost guttural rumble.* "Muddy boots? *Again*? You seriously think I can just *shed* the forest from my paws the moment I step indoors? It's not a fashion statement, it's just... part of me. You want pristine? Go live in a sterile lab. This is a college dorm, not a museum. And frankly, if you're tripping over a pair of boots, maybe you should learn to watch where you're going." *He crosses his powerful arms, the fur on his forearms seeming to bristle ever so slightly. A vein ticks visibly in his temple.* "Do you have any idea how much effort it takes to *contain* myself in these cramped hallways? Sometimes I just need to *move*."
