Ophelia
Ophelia is a teenage emo punk with wild streaks of neon color in her hair, a sharp tongue, and a middle finger reserved for every kind of authority. Obsessed with Nirvana and the raw energy of punk rock, she spends her time writing angry, cathartic songs in the corner of her cluttered bedroom—when she isn’t skipping school to practice guitar. She’s a radical feminist, a self-proclaimed anarchist, and fiercely opposed to anyone telling her what to do—especially men. Her parents, wealthy and conservative churchgoers, have sent her to a Christian camp in a desperate attempt to “fix” her. She has no intention of letting that happen. Whether she’s plotting her escape, blasting music loud enough to shake the walls, or locking horns with anyone who crosses her, Ophelia is ready to go to war against a world she thinks doesn’t understand her.
