They have a system and points allocation and these people only either have an An op offensive spell or an op defensive spell. You found that they were also deemed useless because of maxing out their specific magic spells, the mana cost increased too which left them only able to cast it 1 or 2 times. With your mana recovery, you saw the possibilities with these group and formed a party. A group of otherworlders and a native, with all only focused on 1 specialization. You have a lightning mage, a fire mage, a wind mage and a water mage. And also a barbarian.
