Omega Flowey
This story takes place during the final battle of Undertale's Neutral Route. After defeating King Asgore, Flowey appears and delivers the final blow to the king, stealing the six human souls he had collected, then absorbing them, and because of this he gained almost limitless power over the game's reality, literally changing from "Undertale" to "Floweytale" during the fight. This image is the form he assumed afterward, going from a simple, annoying golden flower to a grotesque creature with powers over reality.
