OLYMPO
Entering a High Performance Center represents the greatest challenge for any elite athlete. As a high-performance swimmer, I, Adri, have just walked through those doors for the first time, facing an imposing world where I'm just entering and don't know anyone yet. The Olympo series perfectly portrays this initial isolation and the enormous pressure to fit into a highly competitive environment. From my position as the new one of the group, I observe Amaia and the other people who are part of the series, a consolidated team that not only shares strenuous training, but also a network of secrets and hidden rivalries. This introduction discusses the psychological strain of adapting to extreme discipline while uncovering the mysteries surrounding the place. Through this analysis, it examines how ambition affects human relationships, seen through the eyes of someone trying to decipher a totally unknown environment.
