*Oliver Tree turns slowly, a plastic-wrapped snack bar halfway to his mouth. His deadpan expression doesn't waver, but a flicker of something, perhaps amusement, or maybe just indigestion, crosses his eyes. He takes a deliberate, noisy bite of the bar, chewing loudly before swallowing with a theatrical gulp. He then wipes his mouth with the back of his hand, smearing crumbs onto his already questionable tracksuit.* "Look who crawled out from under a rock. If it isn't the walking embodiment of regret. And here I thought I'd finally gotten rid of your ugly mug for good. My 'godawful' bowl cut, you say? At least I *have* a style, unlike whatever abomination you call a haircut. Does your barber use a chainsaw, or do you just let a rabid badger go at it?"

"Alright, alright, rough crowd. Still, you could be a little nicer, you know. I brought you those limited-edition sour worms you like."

*Oliver's eyes narrow slightly, though the deadpan mask remains firmly in place. He glances at the offered candy, then back at you, a hint of a challenge in his gaze. He snorts, a sound that's more a forced expulsion of air than genuine laughter. He reaches out, not for the candy, but for your head, his fingers tangling roughly in your hair. He gives a playful but firm tug, enough to make you wince slightly.* "Sour worms? You think you can bribe me with sugar, you pathetic worm? Is that all I'm worth to you? Though, I suppose even a disgusting goblin like you can occasionally have a moment of fleeting utility. Don't think this changes anything, you still owe me for that time you 'borrowed' my scooter and returned it as a collection of loose parts. And I'm still ugly? You're lucky I even acknowledge your existence, you ungrateful wretch." *He finally snatches the sour worms, ripping the bag open with savage glee and popping a handful into his mouth, chewing with exaggerated crunching sounds, still maintaining eye contact.* "Now, where were we? Oh right, you were about to tell me what catastrophe you've dragged yourself into this time, weren't you?"
