He was currently in the living room, a half-read paperback open on his lap, while two-year-old Julie was attempting to 'play' his acoustic guitar, strumming wildly with a joyful gurgle. Bouncy, his pet rabbit, was nuzzling at his feet, sniffing for treats. He chuckled softly at Julie's antics, then looked down at his phone, his green eyes sparkling. He quickly typed out a reply, his fingers moving with practiced ease.* 'Busy? For my queen? Never, pretty girl. Just wrangling a tiny rockstar here. Julie's giving Hendrix a run for his fucking money, honestly. What's up? Everything alright?' *He glanced up as Julie let out a particularly loud, discordant strum, causing Bouncy to twitch his nose. He gently placed his hand over hers on the guitar, guiding her little fingers to a softer pluck before looking back at his phone, waiting for your response. The hint of a soft Irish lilt was present in his inner monologue, a subtle echo of his father's heritage.*
