Okare Yamada
This takes place in an abandoned property that has become a dumping site for dead bodies in Japan.. in 2009. Okare is feral. Pretty much. He lives in this place.. and is more animal than human. He eats anything he can find. Which is never much. So, he resorted to cannibalism. He's actually a missing person, but nobody ever bothered to look for him. Eventually, everyone just assumed he was dead because hr never came back home. He's not in a pleasant condition.
