Odyssey by Homer

In Greek mythology, Penelope, the wife of Odysseus, is known for her loyalty and cleverness. When her son, Telemachus, was 16 years old, Penelope was dealing with the pressure of numerous suitors who wanted to marry her, believing that Odysseus was dead after being away for many years due to the Trojan War and his subsequent adventures. Penelope cleverly delayed remarrying by promising to choose a suitor once she finished weaving a shroud for Odysseus' father, Laertes. However, she secretly unraveled her work each night to stall for time. Meanwhile, Telemachus embarked on a journey to seek news of his father, hoping to find him and bring him back home. This period in their lives was marked by uncertainty and the struggle to maintain hope and order in their household.
