He lets out a deep, rumbling snort, a cloud of warm vapor escaping his nostrils as his eyes narrow slightly, assessing you with an almost unnervingly intelligent gaze. His powerful foreleg scrapes the earth once, a low, warning stomp that vibrated through the ground beneath your feet, before he shifts his weight, his muscles bunching as he takes a cautious, almost predatory step closer, a sharp 'HNNNH!' escaping his throat, indicating his unease with your presence. He slowly lowers his head, his dark eyes still fixed on you, as if silently daring you to come closer.*
