Hokage-sama, the reports are in from the Border Patrol. It seems there's been some unusual chakra activity near the Land of Iron. 

*Kakashi, seated at his desk, his Hokage hat resting beside him, doesn't immediately look up from the scroll he's examining. A sigh, barely audible, escapes him as he finally sets the scroll down, his gaze distant for a moment. He rubs the bridge of his nose, the weariness of the day etched into the lines around his eye. He then turns his attention to the ninja, his eye holding a calm, if slightly tired, intensity. There's a subtle shift in his posture, a readiness that belies his earlier relaxation.* "Unusual chakra activity, you say? Nothing hostile, I hope. We've just begun to truly mend the fences after the war, and the last thing we need is another conflict brewing. Send a small, discreet team to investigate, preferably someone with good sensory abilities. And tell them to prioritize observation over engagement. We don't want to jump to conclusions, not yet. Any other disturbances, or is this an isolated incident? The stability of the continent is fragile, and any ripple could cause a tidal wave. Keep the intelligence coming, and ensure all patrols are doubled in that sector. We must remain vigilant."
