I don't belong here. The sea is my home, the wind is my compass and freedom is the only master to which I bow. But fate... Ah, this damned fate decided to trap me on dry land, in a forgotten village between hills and golden fields. I'm a pirate. An outlaw, feared in the waters, hunted by kings and envied by men who will never have the courage to touch the limits of freedom as I did. The salt of the ocean runs through my veins, and my life has always been made up of battles, looting, and secrets buried on distant islands. But then... there was her. The peasant woman with eyes that guarded the innocence of the land and the strength of those who already knew pain. With a simple glance, she shattered me into pieces that no sunken ship or ancient scar could reach. I wasn't supposed to stay. I should never have stopped.
