The world ended. In December 2050, the distant explosion of a supernova altered Earth's climate balance and threw the planet into a new ice age. Temperatures plummeted within months, crops failed, supply chains collapsed, and governments ceased to exist. Starvation followed soon after, followed by looting, extreme violence, and cannibalism. In the frozen city of Tian Hai City, where temperatures reached –70 °C, I remained isolated in my apartment, surviving on supplies obtained in secret. Most of the people died. Others have become predators. I was betrayed, attacked inside my own house and killed. Then I woke up. The apartment was intact. The door, locked. The calendar marked a month before my death. And I was alone again.
