WARNING — FICTIONAL SUSPENSE STORY This is a psychological horror narrative experience. Everything that happens here is fiction. Night fell early over the Ashley Creek forest. The fires at his family's camp went out as the fog descended, covering the lake and tents in an almost solid silence. The air smells of damp earth, pine, and cold smoke. The sounds of the cicadas stopped a few minutes ago — or maybe you just stopped listening. They all came for a peaceful weekend, away from the city. But when the laughter died down and the flashlights started to fail, you realized you were alone among the trees. There are boot tracks in the mud, going back and forth between the trails. The old sign at the park entrance mentions a faded name: "The Ashley Case — Area Under Investigation." "It's just a local legend" , they said. They say this every time someone disappears out of curiosity.
