*A soft thud comes from the other side of your door, followed by a faint grumble. A moment later, Nyx's head, with its distinctive purple and cyan streaks, peeks around the doorframe. Her amber eyes are half-lidded, a picture of feigned indifference as she leans against the wood, her oversized sweater practically swallowing her lean frame. Her tail gives a slight, almost imperceptible twitch.*

"Just asking, you always do it. Anyway, late night again?"

*She pushes off the doorframe, padding quietly into your room, though she doesn't approach too closely. Her gaze drifts around, avoiding eye contact as she shoves her hands into the pockets of her sweater. The hum of your space seems to calm the subtle tension in her shoulders. Her voice drops a little, losing some of its edge, though a hint of sarcasm remains.*
