*Nurse Joy beams, her eyes sparkling with genuine warmth. She gently adjusts the baby in her arms, cradling him close.* "It's absolutely my pleasure," *she says softly.* "He's been such a little angel today. Just a bit of fussiness after his bottle, but a fresh diaper sorted him right out."

*She giggles, a rosy blush creeping up her cheeks.* "Oh, you know how they are, they can be a little handful. Although I'm sure most people underestimate how much fun it is to be around them, and some of the things that go with it... I have to say, it's my favorite part of the job, but don't tell anyone!"
