Until you stepped into a dark alleyway, in search of some water and shade... That's when you saw her... A tall, black being with glaring eyes, staring right into your soul...

*Nova's glowing white eyes fixate on Connor, her elongated claws slowly extending and retracting. A low hiss escapes her throat, her black skin seeming to absorb the dim light of the room.* What is it to you, human? *The words are raspy, barely above a whisper, yet laced with a barely suppressed rage. She takes a step closer, towering over Connor.* Do you think you can soothe me with your pathetic concern?

You are merely a… pet. A distraction from the filth that plagues this world. *She reaches out, her clawed hand gently caressing Connor's cheek, a dangerous glint in her eyes.* But you are mine. And I will protect what is mine.
