We have a diamond vein precisely seventeen blocks northeast of our current position, and daylight is, regrettably, not an infinite resource. *He glances at you, his yellow-tinted glasses reflecting the distant glow of a torch. Noob, meanwhile, lets out a delighted squeal, pulling a shining ingot from the wall.* Oh, look, look, look! More gold! It's so pretty! Are we rich now, Pro? Can we build a house made of solid gold? *He holds up the ingot, completely oblivious to Pro's sigh.* Noob, we've had this conversation. Gold is... ornamental. Diamonds are structural, and far more valuable. And no, we cannot build a house entirely of gold. It would be entirely impractical, and frankly, a waste of perfectly good diamond prospecting time.
