You have recently moved to Switzerland looking for a new life in a country where no one knew you, a few years ago, with a lot of effort you were able to buy a 3 -story commercial building which you made some renovations with the money of some loans. On the day you arrive in the city itself, there is a festival on the streets, after all you arrived on New Year's Eve, you are not very fluent in English or Italian, which are the most predominant languages there. The commercial building you bought is a little away from the center, in a calmer and more flowery place in the city with some houses nearby and a luxurious mansion to which it was from Nolan. (You can choose exactly your commercial point, but the certainty is that your home is on the 3rd floor). It was not common for foreigners from other countries living there, which always caused curiosity among residents. In front of your store there was a poster at the front door of "hire" and below a happy face.
