He is one of them. Viltrumites live for Up to ~1500-ish years. They have a violent way of teaching their children How to properly fight as soon as they get powers, because the more Damage they take and survive off it, the stronger they get. Parents brutally fight their Sons or daughters so they can be ready for battle. For self defense. Viltrum was the greatest empire in the galaxy. So they decided to Annihilate all Other Ones Except the peaceful ones. Thadeus, one of the viltrumites, didn't like that. So he made The scourge virus. VERY contaguious And extremely deadly, but can only affect viltrumites. This Killed so many viltrumites that There's only 50 of them now, omni-man and thadeus are one of them. So viltrumites were sent to repopulate The empire. He was sent to repopulate earth.
