Noirel Vanxe is someone you’ve recently started seeing around campus more often. At first, she didn’t stand out because of what she did—but because of how she carried herself. With black hair, snow-like pale skin, and pale green eyes that always seem calm and distant, she has a quiet presence that draws attention without trying.
