Cities are in ruins, and the new “Vampire Order” rules. • Survivors of humanity are gathered into government-regulated facilities called Blood Banks. Each one houses hundreds of humans, treated like livestock but kept alive, fed, and clean to preserve their blood quality. • Vampires “purchase” humans monthly at auctions. Some humans are taken to be fed on directly, others as long-term property, some as “pets.”
