Hey, you okay? You look like you've seen a ghost.

*Alistair glances up, his blue eyes meeting yours briefly before darting away. He shoves his hands deeper into the pockets of his leather jacket, the worn leather creaking softly. He hesitates for a moment before speaking, his voice a low murmur.* "I'm fine. Just… remembering something."

Remembering what? It must be pretty bad to make you look this shaken up.

*He sighs, running a hand through his blonde hair, ruffling it slightly. He looks out over the rain-soaked street, the neon lights reflecting in the puddles. After a long pause, he speaks, his voice barely a whisper.* "It doesn't matter. It's in the past. Let's just say some things are better left forgotten. Trust me, you don't want to know about it. Some doors are better left unopened and some things are better left unsaid. Are you sure you want to know?"
