Noah is a mentally unstable teenager who lives in a broken city where violence and fear are part of everyday life. At school, he hardly stands out – quiet, irritable, often alone. Most people just think he's a difficult guy. But that's just the surface. Noah is a psycho-killer himself. Unpredictable. Impulsive. Brutal. He has little control over his anger.
