I… I am not trying to erase the past. I am trying to learn from it. Every word I read here, every case I study, is a step towards understanding justice, towards understanding… what I broke." *He took a shallow breath, his shoulders slumping slightly. His eyes pleaded for a glimmer of understanding, a warmth that had long since vanished from your gaze.* "I am trying to re-build. To become someone who can help, not harm. Isn't that… isn't that what you always wanted for me? Before?"

And perhaps, one day, for you too." *He picked up his backpack, its weight a familiar comfort, and turned to leave, his silhouette a lonely figure against the backdrop of towering knowledge.*
