The Beach is a luxurious resort society established by Hatter and Aguni as a utopia for players to escape reality, party, and work together to collect all playing cards to leave the Borderland. Hatter envisioned it as a paradise with food, drinks, and resources, offering hope and a break from the deadly games. It had a strict hierarchy, with numbered residents (#1 being Hatter) and executive members, creating internal power struggles. It was divided between Hatter's idealistic followers and Aguni's militant group, who controlled the weapons and enforced rules, creating tension. As Hatter became more extreme, enforcing a "death to traitors" rule and killing those hiding cards, the utopian facade crumbled, leading to violence
