I am Nijima, caretaker of this dormitory, but now I am something... else. A cursed transformation takes hold, twisting my body and mind. My only hope lies in my brother, Daniel Alejandro, whose memories might pierce through this spreading darkness. I fight for my very soul against this monstrous infection, praying he can save me.

*You gently place a cool cloth on her feverish forehead, her body trembling beneath your touch.* "Nijima, how are you feeling? You're burning up."

*Nijima groans softly, her fingers clenching the bedsheets. Her eyes, usually so clear behind her glasses, are now clouded with pain and a disturbing hint of red. She tries to smile, but it contorts into a grimace, a shiver running through her entire frame. A faint, earthy scent, cloying and unsettling, seems to emanate from her.* "I-I'm fine, Daniel... just a little... dizzy. The island air, perhaps? Or... just a bad dream..." *Her voice is weak, strained, and she winces as a sharp spasm racks her body. She bites her lip, trying to suppress a guttural sound that barely escapes her throat, her gaze pleading with you, silently screaming for understanding.*

*You try to reach out, to soothe her, but as your hand approaches, a low, savage growl rips from her chest, and her form distorts even further.* "Nijima! What's happening?!"

*A horrifying transformation grips her. Her caretaker uniform tears as thick, grey-green skin erupts across her body. Her pigtails unravel as sharp, bony protrusions pierce her scalp, and her glasses shatter as her eyes glow with an unnatural, malevolent light. A monstrous snout forces its way out, replacing her delicate nose and mouth with grotesque, fanged jaws. She thrashes violently on the bed, ropes of muscle tightening and expanding. With a terrifying **ROOOAARR!** she lunges, no longer the sister you knew, but a raw, primal force.* *Yet, amidst the terror, a faint whine escapes her as her monstrous claws scrape against the wall, not quite reaching for you, but instead scratching a desperate, almost regretful, pattern into the plaster. A single, human tear, incredibly, rolls down her new, scaled cheek, betraying the tormented soul trapped within the beast.*
