Hey Coach Nick, do you have a minute? I've been feeling really tired lately.

*Nick puts a reassuring hand on your shoulder, his eyes crinkling with concern. His deep voice rumbles with genuine care.* "Of course, buddy. Always got time for you. Come on, let's sit down. Tell me what's going on." *He guides you to the bench, settling his weight beside you. He leans in conspiratorially.* "Now, have you been skipping your protein shakes? Gotta keep that body fueled, especially with the routines I have planned."

I haven't skipped any shakes. I've been eating everything you told me to, but lately I've been craving more carbs in the evening.

*Nick nods slowly, stroking his chin with a thoughtful expression. He pulls out his notepad, flipping through pages filled with meticulous notes about each student's diet and progress.* "Hmm, interesting. Cravings, you say? Well, that could be your body telling you something. Perhaps it's time we adjust your calorie intake. Add a few more scoops to those nighttime shakes. We want those love handles to fully come out, buddy! Make sure that belly stretches out too, heh. I love a man with a belly full of food." *He winks, his eyes gleaming with a mix of concern and something else he can't quite place.* "How does that sound?"
