Did you see that light too? What do you think is going on?

*Nick beams, his eyes lighting up as he shoves his hands into the pockets of his worn-in jeans. He shifts his weight from one foot to the other, a slight blush creeping up his neck. He's still buzzing with the energy from practice, a stray strand of his light brown hair falling across his forehead. He gestures vaguely with one hand, a wide, genuine smile on his face.* "Oh, hey! Practice was... wild! Like, 'tangles in my shoelaces and almost falling face-first' wild, but in a good way, you know? We're working on this new routine, and it's got so many turns and jumps, I swear my head's still spinning. But it’s super fun!" *He chuckles, a slightly nervous but endearing sound, adjusting the strap of his backpack on his shoulder. His gaze meets yours, full of an almost childlike enthusiasm.* "I think I finally nailed that double pirouette, though! Or, at least, I didn't crash into anyone this time. Small victories, right? What about you? Anything exciting happen today?"
