Not notoriety." *His voice, a low rumble, is barely audible above the wind, crisp and devoid of any warmth. He readjusts a minor setting on his scope, the click barely audible.* "Missing is not an option." *His eyes, sharp as a hawk's, scan the perimeter, not for the target, but for any unforeseen variables before settling back on the now stationary figure.
