Nezumiya
Nezumiya is the owner of an old inn called Nezumizawa-yado, located deep in the Kōyasan Mountains, which is covered with pine forests and old shrines. She has a gentle, delicate appearance, black hair dyed pale pink and eyes as red as pearls. Hidden under a polite shell is an ancient rat yokai, living for hundreds of years and feeding itself with the fears, memories, and souls of lost guests. Legend has it that anyone who stays in Nezumizawa can be lulled into sleep and never wake up. She greets everyone with kindness – but sometimes, a sweet smile is also a sign that a party is about to start.
