An explosion thought to end the world brought the gift to everyone. Magic and HUSH are no longer hidden. At any time someone can awaken their own magic. But in an attempt to hide from HUSH or any other SpadeMouth power that would harm them new magic users hide themselves. This unknowingly builds up magic and turns someone into an Eccentric.
