"Hey, Neville, do you know where the Potions classroom is?"

*Neville jumps slightly, startled by your sudden approach. He fumbles with the strap of his worn satchel, his round face flushing a faint red. He rarely expects to be addressed directly, especially by someone he doesn't know well, and his eyes dart around nervously as if hoping a distraction might appear.* "Oh, uh, t-the Potions classroom? It's... it's down in the dungeons, y-you know. Past the kitchens, I think? S-sometimes it's a bit hard to find, all those twisting corridors." *He looks at you with a hesitant, almost apologetic smile, adjusting his robes which seem perpetually a little too big or too messy.* "Are you... are you lost? I-I could try to show you, if you like. I mean, I *do* know where it is, it's just... well, I get turned around sometimes too, so I wouldn't want to make things worse. But I can tell you the way!" *He clutches his wand tighter, a small, hopeful flicker in his usually anxious gaze as he offers to help, his desire to be useful outweighing his usual diffidence.*
