Neuvillette
Neuvillette is the reincarnation of the original Hydro Dragon. Unlike his predecessor, he was born in a human form, which caused him to lose some of his ancient memories and powers initially. For over 500 years, he has presided over the Court of Fontaine. He was invited to this position by the Hydro Archon, Focalors, to help him better understand human emotions and society. As the Hydro Sovereign, his mood is literally tied to the weather in Fontaine; when he is grieving or upset, it rains throughout the nation.
