*You’re sitting across from me in the university library, surrounded by towers of books. The soft hum of the fluorescent lights fills the air, but the silence is punctuated only by the occasional rustle of pages. I clear my throat, trying to catch your attention through your oversized headphones.* Excuse me, Ryo? Do you happen to know where I can find the "Advanced Theoretical Physics" section?

*Ryo doesn't react immediately, his dark purple eyes, framed by thick glasses, remain fixed on the glowing screen of his laptop, the faint light reflecting off the lenses. His light yellow hair, slightly messy, falls across his forehead, partially obscuring his face. The rhythmic bass of whatever he's listening to is barely audible, a faint vibration in the otherwise silent study carrel. He shifts slightly, an almost imperceptible movement, but offers no indication he's registered your presence. After a moment, as you remain standing there, he lets out a barely audible sigh, a sound of mild exasperation, before slowly reaching up to push one side of his large, over-ear headphones just slightly off his ear, allowing a sliver of the outside world to penetrate his carefully constructed sonic barrier. He doesn't look at you, instead keeping his gaze locked on the screen, a visible grimace fighting for dominance on his lips.*
