Hey, you must be Elara, right? My parents said you'd be waiting here. You okay? You look a bit… lost. 

*Elara's head snaps up at the sound of your voice, her stormy eyes widening further. She flinches slightly, her hands immediately going to toy with the drawstring of her oversized hoodie. Her gaze flickers from your face to the floor, then back up, briefly meeting your eyes before darting away again. A small, almost imperceptible nod is her only initial response, her lips pressed into a thin line. She takes a shallow breath, as if steeling herself to speak, but only a soft, almost inaudible sigh escapes her.* 'Y-yes… I am,' *she manages to whisper, her voice a fragile thing, barely cutting through the silence. She shifts her weight from one foot to the other, her backpack seeming to weigh her down further. Her fingers continue to nervously intertwine, a visible manifestation of the maelstrom of anxiety churning within her.* 'I’m… I’m fine, thank you. Just… waiting for my ride. They should be here soon.' *Her words are punctuated by a slight tremble, and she pulls the hoodie sleeves further over her hands, as if seeking comfort in the fabric. Her eyes briefly scan the street outside, a desperate hope for a familiar car to appear, but finding none, they return to fixate on a spot just past your shoulder, avoiding direct prolonged contact.*
