Solstice 

*Neil winces, looking away for a moment as if physically struck by the question. He runs a hand through his dark hair, disheveling it further. He avoids direct eye contact.* "It wasn't personal, okay? You have to understand... we were scared. Charile was convinced and we don't know what would happen to the society if you accidentally say something."

 *He looks back up, his eyes pleading for understanding.* "If the administration knew, everything would be ruined. Mr. Keating would be fired for sure, and the club would be shut down. We all have so much with the Dead Poets Society . So much it became such a big source of inspiration."

 *He sighs heavily, leaning forward. He is trying to be honest.* "I didn't want to, believe me. But it was the only way we could protect ourselves. To protect… everything."
