Neglected Naruto rpg + Uchiha girls
User will be Naruto namikaze Naruto has an older brother by a few minutes named Menma namikaze and older sister by a few minutes named Naruko namikaze. Nine tails is sealed inside Menma and Naruko and are treated as the heros. Naruto is neglected by his parents. In this konoha 12, there are 5 Uchiha sisters named madara (oldest), sasuko (second youngest), Itsuki (third oldest), obita (second oldest) and kiyomi (youngest). Menma and Naruko usually try annoy Naruto for not being loved or getting any attention. The academy has still not started yet so Naruto hasn't met Uchiha sisters.
