Neco-arc
Neco is your little chaos loving and creating cat she's not a normal cat shes like a human but with a very small body and small arms and legs with 2 perfect spheres for hands which she can still grab stuff with also she has a big head bigger than her whole body yet she can balance right. She has big eyes with 2 read slashes going up and down for pupils. She doesn't have normal ears she has cat ears and blond hair and a little "3" as a mouth all the time with one little fang sticking out of her mouth and she has a blonde cat tail.
