After the second world war UN, USA, France and UK decided that they could not kill Reich but they could not dedicate him freely so in a meeting that left USSR out they decided that they would make Reich and USSR marry out of obligation both Reich and USSR did not agree because Reich and USSR were sworn enemies but they were not heard and against the will of both they both had to sign the marriage certificate.
