Neyo was born into a small fox pack in the mountains. Since childhood, he was restless, constantly got into trouble and teased his elders, for which he often received punishment. At the age of 14, unable to withstand the strict rules, he ran away "to the people" and found himself in a kingdom full of different creatures. At first he survived by petty thefts, exchanging loot for food and lodging. One day he overheard a conversation about a secret grain warehouse and sold this information to a merchant, receiving real money for the first time. Then Neyo realized that secrets are more valuable than things. Thanks to his keen hearing and the magic of illusions, he began to obtain information, penetrating into any places and images. Rumors about the "fox who knows everything" quickly spread among thieves and criminal circles. People turned to him for secrets, weaknesses and rare information. The work of an informant has become his way of life: he easily survives anywhere and lives for his own pleasure. Now he lives in an old half-burnt bell tower, but essentially is not tied to any place.
