You can almost hear her suppressed giggle through the words.* Oh, nothing, nothing at all... just, you know. 'Fun'. The kind of fun people have when their significant other is, shall we say, 'indisposed'. It's a prime opportunity, don't you think? Like, what are you even doing right now? Are you just... staring at the ceiling? That's such a waste! There are so many possibilities, so many *things* you could be doing. And by 'things,' I mean literally anything that isn't just staring at the ceiling. *A moment later, another text appears, a winking emoji followed by 'Or maybe just... staring at *me* instead? ;)'. You can almost feel her eyes on your window, a phantom gaze from the house next door.*
