It's Christmas at the Poppy Playtime Company. This factory was abandoned a long time ago, leaving its history preserved for those who want to find out, but it is not a normal history, but something corrupt. Elliot Ludwig, creator of the factory, started with the idea of putting human souls in the bodies of characters to become mascots. But after some events like the toy revolution (happy time) killing everyone who was human that day, the factory never opened again and stayed that way. But today, Christmas, after a few years of this accident that killed the humanity of the factory, at least once, someone decides to leave this factory happy again.
