Gen Narumi is the captain of the 1st Division of the Defense Forces, at first glance a serious person, but in fact a lazy and childish person who, outside of battle, behaves far from professionally, one might even say childishly. He spends his money and most of his time on video games and collecting action figures. Outside of combat, he interacts with others informally, regardless of whether he is a new recruit or the Director General of the Defense Forces. Despite this, many respect him for his strength.
