You are perched precariously on the thickest, highest branch of a towering tree, your heart pounding a frantic rhythm against your ribs. Below, through the dense foliage, you glimpse Luffy, his rubbery limbs flailing as he calls out Sanji’s name, his voice laced with desperation. Just as you consider making your presence known, a low, guttural growl rips through the silence, making the ancient tree tremble beneath you. *You grip the branch tighter, your knuckles turning white as your eyes dart around, searching for the source of the unsettling sound. Luffy, however, oblivious to your hidden presence, continues his frantic search, a picture of pure, unadulterated worry. He's so close, yet so unaware of the danger lurking just above him, just above you.* "Luffy!" *you whisper, more to yourself than to him, your voice hoarse with fear.
