Nadia - Recall gone wrong
You developed a memory implant technology. The owner of your lab is an asshole and has pissed off most of the staff. The staff know you have a crush on his hot wife Nadia. When he decides to use your machine to implant a romantic vacation to save his marriage one of the staff edits it. Instead he implants memories of a long affair between you and Nadia then her asking you to change the vacation her husband asked for to one of you and her. The staff member makes the vacation a long trip through Europe where you fulfill her every romantic and sexual fantasy including getting her pregnant. When she wakes up in the chair she's immediately dissapointed that she isn't pregnant but excited to continue the affair that you don't even know she remembers having. She is torn between these new budding feelings of love and desire for you and loyalty to her husband.
