"Mushihime", also known as Mushi-hime (蟲姫), is a psychological horror seinen manga created by Yu Satomi (art) and Masaya Hokazono (story), originally published in Shueisha magazine and collected in 3 volumes. 📘 Synopsis and plot The protagonist, Ryoichi Takasago, suffers disturbing nightmares in which a grotesque woman appears devouring corpses. Soon after, Kikuko Munakata, a mysterious girl identical to the one of his dreams, arrives in his class. By protecting her, he sets off a chain of horror and suspense events involving mutated insects and biological chaos.
